Lamar Jackson is going to get back into these MVP talks after this game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs just look uninspired this season and with everything that’s going on with their leader Tom Brady off the field I just don’t see them turning the ship at least this week against the Ravens who are trying to prove that they can get over the hump this season. I do think that this could be a close game because the Ravens have one of the worst passing defenses in the league that Brady given enough time in the pocket by his o-line will most likely exploit. But in modern day 2022 I’m taking Lamar over Brady<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dolphins going against the 1-5 Lions should be an easy one for them as they get back on track after losing Tua for the last couple of weeks. A lot of action is going to be going for Miami receivers as the Lions have a bottom 5 passing defense in the league when it comes to total yardage given up. Miami coincidentally has 2 top 5 receivers in this game in Tyreek Hill and Jalen Waddle. Expect both of those guys to have huge days once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m all in the Jets this season, I think they have a great defense lead by a defensive minded head coach in Robert Saleh. How they are underdogs in this game really doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe its because rookie sensation Breece Hall is out for the season, but they have Michael Carter still who is nothing to sneeze at in his own right. The Jets play at home against the Patriots who have no idea who they are going to start at QB in week 8! Also they just got blown out by a Bears team who probably have the worst offense in the league if not one of the worst. This should be a lock but I’ve been wrong before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Panthers are coming off a great win versus the Buccaneers just after trading away Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey. In a very weak NFC South I think this Panthers team is saying to themselves “why not us?”. They are only 1 game out of 1st in the division and they have one of the better defenses in the league. They are going up against the Atlanta Falcons who aren’t that good either but I’m taking the team that’s hot and has nothing to lose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You already know I’m going with my Bills this week. The Packers are coming into Buffalo on SNF coming off of a couple of tough loses. This is going to be the ultimate showing that this is a new league with Josh Allen as one of the premier faces of it for years to come. If you wanted to maximize your odds take the spread at -11.5 cause I think that could hit to. Don’t pay attention to Rodgers 11 straight wins on primetime because stats like that don’t matter to a Bills team like this.
